There is a phone app called UltraTimer. It has the Tabata timewatch on it. Location: At home or virtually anywhere. The Exercises: Each group will go through four exercises in a superset fashion and each group should be repeated a second time through to equal eight total sets or four minutes each group.

Teddy Bridgewater underwhelms at pro day workout

For his pro day and perhaps out to prove a point he opted to go without the gloves, and it may have affected him negatively. Is Bridgewaters poor pro day enough to drop him to the third quarterback taken in the NFL Draft, behind Texas A&Ms Johnny Manziel and UCFs Blake Bortles? Possibly.
